Player kit
Team uniforms and gear for rostered Iowa Nite Hawks players, purchased through the player portal. Prices are in US dollars.
Player kit refunds
Custom team gear is made to order. Payments are non-refundable once the uniform order is placed. Before then, contact the team for a full refund.
Fan shop
What we sell
Official Iowa Nite Hawks fan gear — tees, shorts, jerseys, hoodies and hats — sold at nitehawks.org/shop. Prices are in US dollars.
Who makes and ships it
Official Nite Hawks gear, printed on demand and shipped straight to you by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Every item is made after you order, so please allow about 1–2 weeks for delivery. Printful prints each item after you order and ships it to you in plain packaging. We ship to US addresses only (not APO/FPO addresses or US territories yet).
Cancellations
You can cancel free within 1 hour of ordering, using the link in your order email. After that your order is in production and can't be canceled.
Returns & exchanges
Because every item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind — please check the size guide on each product before you order. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, reply to your order email (or contact us) within 21 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as lost or it never arrives, contact us and we'll work it out with our printer.
Shipping & tax
Shipping is a flat rate shown in your cart before checkout.
Your information
To make and deliver your order, we share your name, shipping address and phone number with Printful and the carriers that deliver it. We don't give them your email address, and your card details go only to Stripe, which processes the payment.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card.
